How We Spend Our Time


We spend the majority of our time on board and senior level strategic leadership planning. Roughly twenty-five percent of our time is devoted to talent and leadership development. We use the remainder of our time on team building or with the board of directors or advisors.

We begin by listening. We do not apply a standard approach. We diagnose the situation then create a plan. We employ any number of different methodologies.

Your plan development may be as simple as a deeper understanding of your core competency, or as complicated as creating an industry changing move that leaves the competition far behind. Through use of clear and pointed questions, we diagnose which approach(s) could be taken. We then select from a menu of proven methodologies, choosing what would be best for your organization.

Growth Agenda

We lead companies to the next stage of growth. It may be a course correction or something more significant. It may be simply looking at things in a new and different way. Whatever the challenge, you need a leader and a team. Usually it’s about changing a culture. We address the people, process and technology challenges to transform the business and change behavior.

For a Business Turnaround, the model is to lead companies that are in financial crisis to a profitable situation as soon as possible. You need a leader and a team. We address the people, process and technology challenges to get you to stability, then profitability. Our experience covers both domestic and international businesses.

Accomplishing a Business Turnaround requires immediate and rigorous financial analysis (we follow the money). Next, we carefully select a team; we address the short term people, process and technology issues to create a plan. To implement the plan and be successful, you need a disciplined and focused leader, an aligned and dedicated team that will stand up to the challenges.
